IFI lets you chat with no reception and no internet connection. I-FI works using a peer-to-peer network that uses devices as "relays" so that you can communicate with your friends and contacts when you otherwise wouldnt be able to, due to circumstances such as natural disasters, sporting events or crowded areas where reception or WI-FI wouldnt otherwise be available.
